Commercial installations receive a certified NDL certificate from the manufacturer of the installed material.
Workmanship warranty terms are those generally issued. Roof warranties are void for weather-related damage and for damage caused by negligent maintenance.

Is the roof inspection free?
Yes. A High Pointe representative will inspect your roof and property at no cost to you.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Our workmanship warranty is generally two years on residential roofs, five years on Class 4 roof systems and ten years on commercial installations. The manufacturer's warranty covers the material, including CertainTeed ShingleMaster coverage on shingle roofs and a no dollar limit certificate on commercial roofs.
Do I have to pay my deductible?
Yes. Texas law requires the homeowner to pay the deductible, and a contractor cannot waive or absorb it. Financing through the Wells Fargo Home Projects credit card program is one way to spread out the cost.
Are you certified?
Yes. High Pointe is a Credentialed CertainTeed Contractor, and our commercial installations receive a manufacturer no dollar limit warranty certificate. We are also BBB accredited with an A+ rating.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We help you report your claim and list the damaged items, review your settlement offer with you and present any missed items to your insurer as a supplement.
