Roof Warranties in Fort Worth, TX
Our workmanship warranties are two years on residential roofs, five years on Class 4 systems and ten years on commercial roofs, with the manufacturer's warranty on the material.
Roofs installed by High Pointe carry two types of warranty: our workmanship warranty and the manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship covers any labor or installation performed by High Pointe at your property. Workmanship warranties include repair or replacement of any installed roof component that fails because of improper installation or a manufacturer's defect.
Residential roof installations generally receive a two-year workmanship warranty, and Class 4 roof systems receive a five-year workmanship warranty. Class 4 installations also receive an affidavit of installation for the Texas Department of Insurance, completed and signed by our representative. Commercial roof installations generally receive a ten-year workmanship warranty.

The manufacturer's warranty covers the roofing material. On residential roofs it depends on the manufacturer, the number of that manufacturer's components used and the type of material installed. As a Credentialed CertainTeed Contractor, we can offer CertainTeed ShingleMaster coverage, a lifetime limited, transferable warranty with non-prorated material and installation labor coverage for the first ten years.
Commercial installations receive a certified no dollar limit (NDL) certificate from the manufacturer of the installed material, specified before installation. Please note that roof warranties are void for weather-related damage and for damage caused by negligent maintenance.
