Will and his team did a great job at replacing my 20 year old contractor grade roof with a Cat 4 roof within the insurance allowances. Will worked tirelessly for months on my behalf to get the roof replacement approved. Once scheduled, his team completed the job in a single day. And it looks great! I highly recommend High Pointe Roofing!

Outstanding services! I was hesitant and had uncertainties about the roof replacement process. But Will answered all questions and the process and timeliness of the project ran smoothly. Alongside Will, dealing with the insurance company was a breeze!

Will Caylor has replaced my roof twice. Once about 8 or so years ago and again with the hail we got in 2021. He is THE best. I wouldn't consider using any other roof and construction company.

Will and the High Pointe team were super knowledgeable, friendly, and worked really fast to help get an emergency repair completed. They walked me through all of my options, were super responsive to follow-up questions, and made the decision to go with them a no brainer. Would definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend High Pointe Roofing and Construction enough. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the entire process was seamless and professional. The communication was excellent throughout the project. They provided a detailed and transparent estimate, and they were incredibly helpful when it came to navigating the insurance process. It is rare to find a contractor that is this responsive and genuinely committed to quality. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an outstanding job on the roof itself. What impressed me most was the attention to detail—not only in the craftsmanship but also in how meticulously they cleaned up the property afterward. You’d never even know a full construction crew had been there. If you are looking for a team that is honest, reliable, and does top-tier work, High Pointe is the way to go. I will definitely be using them for any future needs!

William worked hard to find the solution to my leak. He was very prompt to begin and was successful.

William is all about the customer. He did our roof a few years back after a nasty hail storm and inspected our new house’s roof too. He is willing to work with you and your insurance company. He is my go to roofer.

Came to my house at my convenience and wrote up the insurance estimate right away. The insurance accepted it without questions. Work was completed in 1 days, after I picked out the color. Great Job!!!

Will and his crew did a fabulous job! They completed our job in one day and left no trace behind. We have a pool and I was worried about debris but there was not a speck. I would highly recommend High Pointe!

High Pointe roofing/ William C. Has helped me with several reroofing projects, and is extremely diversified in all Roofing applications from my flat roof to my shingles on my existing house, he also handled replacing all my gutters, fencing and siding that was damaged from the storms, including the garage doors. If you’re looking for a contractor that handles all the work give them a call they execute quality craftsmanship and highly recommended.

After the last wind storm came through I had some shingles missing. Called up High Pointe Roofing and they were there the next day to inspect the roof, told us what we needed and 2 days later it was fixed. Amazing service, excellent communication and follow through. Highly recommend!
