Free Roof Inspection in Fort Worth, TX

A free inspection of your roof and property by a High Pointe representative, after a storm or whenever you have concerns about your roof.

A High Pointe representative will inspect your roof and property at no cost to you. High Pointe has performed thousands of post-storm property inspections, and we serve homeowners and businesses across Fort Worth and Northeast Tarrant County.

Roof damage usually cannot be seen from the ground, so a proper inspection requires climbing onto the roof with standard safety measures in place. Our team members are safety trained and use top-of-the-line safety equipment.

After a storm, we check more than the shingles. Our storm damage assessment includes roof elevations, rooftop mechanical equipment, gutters, soft metal components, fencing, painted surfaces, glass, awnings and deck and patio surfaces.

An inspection is also helpful if you are buying or selling a home, or if you would like an experienced construction company to review an insurance estimate you have already received. We also offer interior water leak detection.

Contact your insurance company's claims department, and they will issue you a claim number. We can help you report the claim if you would like.

    Record Damaged Items

We help you make a thorough list of damaged items, including personal property. Be sure to take photos.

Your insurance company sends a field adjuster to make an initial determination of what your policy covers.

    Initial Settlement Offer

Your insurer issues an initial settlement offer based on the adjuster's report. Your deductible always applies.

  7. 07

    Compare the Offer

Compare the settlement offer with your list of damaged items and your photos to see whether anything was missed.

  8. 08

Go Over the Offer With Us

We review the offer with you to see whether it includes all of the materials, labor and costs needed for the repair.

  9. 09

    Submit a Supplement

We help you present any missed items or inaccurate assessments to your insurer as a supplement.

  10. 10

    Assemble the Estimate

Once you know the scope of work your insurance company has approved, we assemble an accurate estimate.

After these steps, we begin planning your project, including cost agreements, material selection, the timeline and a start date.
